This assignment is directly related to your teaching project. Based on the objectives and planned evaluation methods for your teaching project, create a specified evaluation tool for the teaching project ( i.e. Likert Scale, Checklist, Q & A, Learner Self-assessment, Post-test, Observation of Skills). Remember to keep Bloom’s taxonomy related to objectives in mind when you are creating this tool. Identify the objectives being evaluated.
Provide a rationale (2- paragraphs) in narrative format in a WORD document with references for the type of evaluation tool developed.
Consider the following questions when providing your rationale:
- What factors influenced the selection of this type of tool?
- What degree of accuracy must the learner demonstrate to be deemed “competent”?
- How did you choose your degree of accuracy for the evaluation of competence after implementation of the teaching project?
