Prepare a report for the senior executives of BET Corp. Your report will include both written recommendations and diagrams. As this is a virtual company, reports are created in the attached Final Project Report Template. Your potential promotion within BET Corp depends on your ability to successfully deliver a high-quality report.

Part 1: Modelling the System

Written: Provide an analysis of a recommended CRM. Research and identify key features that suit BETCorp’s requirements.
Diagram: Research and map using BPMN the identified business process. This is to be automated in the new system and must include interactions with other stakeholders/actors (5 steps minimum).
Written: Discuss aspects of a use case Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagram.
Written: Provide a justification for moving to a cloud service.

Part 2: Implementation

Table: Create a set of user stories for the new CRM, for appopriate stakeholders, based on the identified system requirements.
Table: Prepare a data table to be used when managing a sprint.
Diagram: Prepare an example burndown chart to be used to explain the approach to your project team.
Written: Describe one functional test and one perfromance test.
Written: Discuss a security risk relevant to this organization. What would you do to address and mitigate the specified risk?
