Assignment Details:
The following builds on the project scenario given in Unit 1: Amazing Coffee House Case Study.
You are managing an accounting consolidation and upgrade project for the Amazing Coffee House, and you are focusing on implementing the process of schedule and cost control. You have presented applicable project management models to Jim, the project sponsor (Unit 1 assignment). Jim is specifically interested in evaluating waterfall and agile models for this project. You must present your case to Jim and provide supporting evidence for the cost and schedule control processes specific to this project.
Your presentation must be 7–10 slides with 150–200 words of speaker notes per slide. Additionally, include a title slide and a reference slide. The title slide (including topic title, your name, etc.) will make your presentation look and appear professional. The reference slide at the end with correctly APA-formatted references will ensure that your information and positions are substantiated and that credit for others’ work is acknowledged.
