Your healthcare facility is examining methods of improving the organization’s financial health. You are on a committee evaluating different forms of waste in your organization. As a committee member, you have been assigned to consider a specific topic that contributes to waste in healthcare. Your assigned topic is based on the first letter of your last name in the chart below. You will respond to a peer with a different assigned topic.
