The Solution: Your Product or Service and how it solves the problem Business model (see here): How you will make money, including the costs of production and selling, and the price that customer will pay. Target Market: Who is your customer and how many of them are there. It’s best to define your ideal customer by starting with a broad audience and whittling down using TAM.
