Remember, change in nursing practice is hard and you want everyone on the same page so your plan is successful. You will describe how change theory, leadership theory and collaborative strategies will guide, and support your plan and gain buy-in from stakeholders. I recommend that you include the steps of the PDSA cycle to develop and organize your plan.

You will address what human and financial resources you will need to implement the plan.
