Describe one facet of these important changes. This might involve examining the growth of the railroads, the steel or oil industries; innovative marketing methods; the altered roles of men, women, and children in industry; workers’ challenges and the exploitation they faced; the struggles of labor unions; the conflict between workers and big businesses; or any other development that strikes you as noteworthy. Whatever topic you analyze, provide specific examples drawn from the text to illustrate the observations you offer.
