Ashford University COVID Protocols in Albany Discussion

Please refer to COVID protocols that took place in Albany, GA.

After reading the textbook, please think of the following questions :

• What type of common disasters does your area have? For example, when the coronavirus strikes, how were your house and neighborhood affected? How did you all cope with it? Do you think the lockdown of cities/towns, closing the restaurants and schools were correct decisions? When the politicians closed down the cities and state, some of them violated their own order (For example, Governor Newsen eating in the fancy restaurants with lobbyists and Austin Mayor went on a vacation in Mexico). Why? In your opinion, should the politicians be penalized?
• Who in your neighborhood might be most at risk? Could any community planning methods protect you and the community during this pandemic? Why?
