In your reading this week, you read about the components of an effective communication plan: stakeholder analysis, information needs, sources of information, dissemination modes, and responsibility and timing.
Based on the failed IT project that you referenced in your previous discussion (either from this article or another that you found online), outline a brief communication plan, with one to two sentences outlining each of the above components. Give one way in which a different or more effective communication plan may have prevented failure in this example.
