  You have received notification from the concreter advising that the issue has been rectified and instructions in the Site Instructions has been followed. The concreter has advised that the slabs are ready to be poured.

  Part of you managing the quality of the work, you visit the sites and agree that the issues had been rectified and the slabs on both sites are ready to be poured.

  What do I need to do?

  You are now required to prepare an email for the Project Manager and the structural engineer and you must include the following:

  Clearly outline the issue
  What was done to rectify the issue
  Confirm that the slab pours can occur
  Provide three (3) recommendations for improvement to company policy and procedures to ensure this issue does not occur in any future projects
  How will I be assessed for this task?

  For this task, you are required to submit the following:

• Completed email for the Project Manager and structural engineer including all of the points noted above
