As a mentor, you are responsible for encouraging your mentee to continue learning, growing, and leading in your industry. To support your mentee, you will compile a list of eight leadership resources. These resources should be appropriate for your role and setting, as well as the mentee’s leadership style. Use the “Mentee Resources Template” to identify each resource and how it will provide specific guidance to your mentee.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
