In 2005 Congress passed legislation and President Bush signed into law that education institutions receiving federal funds provide an education program on Constitution Day, September 17 (observed September 16 this year). DU Constitution Day web page link:

Go to the website of Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, or any other Presidential candidate and review the issues and positions that are presented there. Choose one of the healthcare issues and discuss how the U.S. Constitution informs the issue.
