- First, I think if my company would let employees know that they are doing a good job than they would stay. If my manager would not focus on little stuff that is not done and focus on their strengths than they will stay around to get help with their weakness. I think if my company would be more welcoming to people’s idea than they would feel like part of the team. Some have left because they was not offer a higher position when they hired someone else for the job. They also need to feel as if their ideas matter. If we do not let them give out ideas than how do we get new plans? Sometimes getting ideas from your employees helps the store and helps you get refreshed with change
