Now that you know how to do a literature search, and have some knowledge of some environmental search, your task for this paper is to write a short (2-3 page) paper summarizing an environmental topic of your choosing related to the water pollution material we have been reviewing to date.

To complete this, you will want to download and read 5 summary papers or related material from other reliable sources. After this, write your paper using the following guidelines.

Introduction (10 points)- Provide an introduction to the problem that describes the problem.

Impact of Problem (40 points)- Provide a thorough description of the impact that the problem, using specific information from the sources you have gathered to provide specific information or statistics that reinforce how your topic is impacting the environment.

Addressing the problem (40 pints)- Provide information that shows how people, groups, or organizations are addressing the problem, again providing specific examples and statistics that show how their efforts are either working or not working.

References (10 pints)- Provide a list of references, and make sure those references are inserted into the proper areas in the text so there is an understanding of how those references were used as information sources.

Short papers should be 5 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman size 12 font, and 1 inch margins. Citations must be included and in a consistent format (i.e. APA or MLA throughout).
